Human Resource Consultant
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Typically 5-7 years relevant experience, ideally gained working in a global organisation

Recognised HR generalist who requires minimum supervision

Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts and expertise

Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes and practices of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Global Mobility

Thinks outside the box when resolving issues; suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation

Shares ideas with wider team (on a local and regional/global level)

Builds networks with all levels, with proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and in a demanding and fast paced environment

Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
