Qualifications & Competence

  1. Bsc in IT/Engineering or related fields.

  2. Work Experience:  8 or more years experience in telecommunications engineering of which at least 5 years in management with practical experience in NOC, Incident and Change Management.

  3. Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization

    Required skills:

    Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively 

  1. Well-developed listening, communication and decision-making skills 

  2. Flexibility, Adaptability; Decisiveness; Manage Execution; Foster Open Communication; Customer Focus; Business focus; Project management skills; Awareness of Telecommunications Engineering Networks Products.

  3. An ability to process large quantities of data fast and efficiently.
