Key Qualifications:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and proficiency writing instructional content
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content for a global audience
- Experience analyzing, building, and assessing curricula for asynchronous and synchronous virtual training environments
- Experience with instructional systems design models and methodologies, authoring tools, and learning management systems
- Experience as a content developer on Instructional Systems Design projects related to adult learners
- Exposure to Web authoring and multimedia tools such as basic HTML, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop. Experience with JavaScript and CSS a plus
- Instructional design experience using ADDIE or similar methodology
- Experience designing large scale, social, online learning programs (MOOCs or similar)
