- 2 years+ work experience with Japanese telecom operator on the jobs/tasks mentioned above

- Knowledge for LTE core technology including call processing and call flow

- Knowledge and operational experience on LTE products

- Log analysis capability and experience for performing RCA(root cause analysis)

- Basic knowledge and understanding on 3GPP standard

- Communication skills to correctly understand both internal and customer requirements and provide solution/answers in an optimized way

- Business level English competence (TOEIC 700 or over, and experience in projects with non-Japanese stakeholders requiring frequent English communication) & business level Japanese competence

- Positive, flexible and perseverant characteristics to overcome any challenging situation
