Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial/Graphic Design) or equivalent experience

At least 7 years of experience creating engaging and empathetic interactions across a variety of digital media.

Must be creative, have a phenomenal eye for design and animation.

A passion for UI/UX design.

Ability to quickly bring ideas to life through a variety of means, from hand-drawn storyboards to functioning digital prototypes.

Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practices

Creative and comfortable with ambiguity, exploration and iteration under pressure / tight deadlines

Up to date with the latest in interactive and visual design trends and prototyping tools (Axure,Sketch, InVision, etc)

Experience designing responsive websites.

Strong ability in organizing and managing multiple projects, tasks and changing priorities.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Innovator with good ideas, strong problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented attitude.

Good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with multi-disciplinary teams.

Self-motivation – you like to figure out how to get the work done and do whatever it takes.
Desired Qualifications Experience
- Mobile app development.
- AR/VR design experience.
- Experience with WordPress and other content management system.
- Experience working closely with international cross-functional team.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
