IP DSLAM Hardware dependent Software (HdS) Engineer

Position Requirements

• Engineering degree or a degree in Computer Science/Telecommunicati/Electronic (or final-year student) or up to 5 years of experience
• Broad interest in HW design
• Broad interest in the Telecom sector
• Knowledge of qualifications standards (ANSI,ETSI, MII), ECAD design tools (Mentor Graphics/Valor), xDSL will be considered an asset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced working environment
• Creativity and high efficiency
• Willingness to accept and overcome challenges on a daily basis
• Application of creative solutions to complex technical problems
• “Out-of-the-box” thinking
• Team-working skills, but also ability to work independently
• Eagerness to work in a worldwide development team context
• Passion to work in an international environment across countries and cultures
• Willingness to travel for regular short-term trips depending on project/customer
