Educational requirements:
• Higher education (master degree in telecommunication).
Mandatory Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Readiness to travel ~20% of working time.
• Proven ability to self learning
• Customer orientation, good verbal and written communication skills, stress tolerance.
• Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
• A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change.
• Ability to solve very complex issues w/o external support, can work with many stakeholders to achieve goals
• Ability to make decisions in order to achieve short-term and mid-term goals,
• Ability to manage complex activities
• Can represent Nokia technical organization as a main customer interface, interact with senior customer personnel
• Ability to lead presentations and workshops for customers and internal Nokia staff
• Strong telecommunication technology knowledge in one or more of areas.
• Knowledge of network alarms, events and performance analysis.
• Theoretical and/or practical (testing, troubleshooting) knowledge of the IP networks.
• Knowledge with HP UNIX, HP Openview and/or SUN Solaris, X-Windows environment, VMWare, Red Hat
• Knowledge and experience in using various test and measurement equipment.
• Experience with Nokia products (77xx, NSP, 5620SAM) would be welcome
