Experience
Lead day-to-day network operation issues/discussions with the customer/ Region team on network operation and KPI improvement.
Coordinate with internal/external areas for Performance Transition.
Good knowledge on Routing & Switching with Juniper M, MX, PTX series Routers mandatory and Cisco ASR series, Nexus;
Strong working level knowledge of IP Networking. Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), signalling protocols (RSVP, LDP), QoS, IP VPN, VLAN, VLL/VPLS, BRAS, NAT,DPI etc.
Good understanding of Firewall & Load balancers technology; (Candidate with Checkpoint or Fortinet would be preferred).
CCNA Mandatory, CCNP Preferred. Good understanding of routing & switching;
Network Engineering expertise at a Multi-vendor support experience.
Network management and analysis by Follow agreed escalation timeframes/ Review and awareness of Risk Register and Known Issues

Accountability and responsibility in handling incident Faults (critical and non-critical).

Comfortable working with third-party providers, field engineers, NOC engineers to resolve the issues.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience on IP/FW platforms between 7-10 yrs
