IP Transport Business Development Manager - ION

• Experience: 10 years experience in telecom, with focus on Optical Transmission, SDH, DWDM, Ethernet technologies, 5 years experience in people and business management; documented track record in business development 
• Specific knowledge: equipped with SDH/DWDM and Ethernet technologies knowledge; good understanding of transport network architectures; knowledge of Transport SDN concept and software defined networking 
• Business understanding: knowledge of Transport market, technology trends, experience in both Pre-sales and Post-sales

• People management. The candidate can manage a small team of very experienced professional providing leadership, motivation, and skills development. 
• Business development. The candidate will be able to use his/her business acumen to identify markets to be developed, work out a business strategy and execute it. 
• Deal with pressure. Must be able to manage activities under high pressure and critical deadlines 
• Works in non-core hours 
• Communication. Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English is a must 
• Self-confident and assertive personality 
• Computer Skill. Excellent skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word) professionally

Additional Comments: May be requested to travel in Asia with travel taking around 20% of the time.
