PM is responsible for implementation and governance of the project . manages activities of teams focused on the delivery of functional area projects. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with the customer
Key Responsabilities

 • Implement profitability improvement actions.
• Anticipate risk and evaluate related financial and customer satisfaction impacts.
• Set up corrective action plan and manage risks mitigation.
• Respond to scope creep by immediately escalating modifications to the project scope.
• Acts as the key customer interface to the Customer for all project related business extension.
• Identify business opportunities
• Manage project, implement corrective and improvement actions.
• Modify/adapt Project Management Plan for specific project.
• Manage tactical contingency plans.
• Manage project, monitor and control progress against a baseline plan.
• Allocate tasks and priorities as needed.
• Provide the necessary Project Metrics (eg Effort to date, Estimated Cost to Complete, Estimated effort at Completion)..
• Manage internal project review.
• Propose and implement customer-reporting strategy
• Structure and provide project documentation in accordance with standards and approved by all relevant parties, assuring quality and alignment with entire project.
• Ensure any variation to the project scope is clearly recognized and approved.
• Define and optimize resources allocation to the project:
• Assign tasks and missions. Secure task execution subcontracted to internal or external Service Center (Service Team, External subcontractor, Service partner, TAC…) according to WBS.
• Optimize staff utilization.
• Manage people within the Project team
• Propose/Define customer relationship strategy with the KAM/Account team.
• Assure prime customer interface during project execution.
• Maintain constant customer liaison to ensure smooth handling of Issues as they might arise. Ensure customer input to the project is received in a timely and effective manner in order to meet project objectives and schedules. Obtain customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion.
• Act as project management expert on behalf of Company and Customer.
• Modify Procurement Management Plan for project as needed.
• Trigger and follow up procurement actions and Services providers selection
• Lead contract administration (order management, billing and payment…).
• Manage contract (claim management and change management) with the KAM/Account team and Contract management.
• Manage customer expectations.
