Nokia IT is growing its teams in key locations like India, Portugal and Hungary. Employer Branding will aim at making Nokia closer to potential candidates, while bringing together students, professionals and Nokia Employees.

We are looking for an Employer Branding Trainee who will focus on employer branding, social media and local media promotion as well as university relations. The trainee should stay abreast of local market trends in our growth locations, and track external/internal best practices.
 
Tasks and responsibilities:
The Employer Branding Trainee will have the opportunity to work closely together with the HR and the IT Community and Employee Engagement (IT Communications) functions, as well as with external partners and business leaders.
- Develop the IT employer value proposition (EVP)
- Identify top channels to promote employer brand in growth markets
- Manage employer branding campaigns, ensuring internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns
- Create/ order local content for the employer branding communication campaigns
- Create employer brand awareness
- Support local social media strategy and maintain company career related presence on social media sites
- Create content for local social media channels together with corporate communication
- Monitor emerging social media tools for benchmark
- Work with Recruitment partners to drive campus recruitment / university relations at a local level to create employer brand awareness for IT
- Collaborate with recruitment Partners to support specific recruitment campaigns/events
- Proactively network/manage the relationships with recruitment media advertising contacts
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in all communications

Competencies and Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Human Resources related degrees/ Marketing/ or Communication
  • Prior experience with employer branding an added value
  • Ability to write in a well-structured, purposeful manner for advertising, intranet/internet, social media and any other channels
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Interpersonal savvy, builds rapport and engagement with others easily

  • Solution focus with strong implementation drive
  • Creativity
