The Concept & Process Specialist provides expertise for finance concept or process development and improvements and translates process change requirements into business/IT requirements. Coordinates involvement from relevant user groups. Responsible for identifying, analysing, defining potential improvement areas of (e2e) processes, documenting and ensuring end-to-end consistency and compliancy with existing architectures
 
The scope of process support is for customer and project controlling in our ERP SAP system(s) and relevant ecosystems.
We currently support finance process tasks from quote until cash collection.

BA/ BSc in economics/business/finance or similar field. MSc even better.

 

Accounting certification and or Project Management certification is an asset.

 

Experience with Service NOW, Remedy Tool or similar ticketing solution is an advantage.

 

ERP experience preferred from finance or logistics with an ability to understand the financial value flow.

 

Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as in a team.

 

Customer service mind-set is required with a desire to support others balanced with an appreciation of the importance of compliance and adherence to policies.

 

Prioritisation skills are a day to day reality.

 

Able to quickly adapt to change.
