- High degree of process management knowledge
- AI and technical understanding for process automation
- Functional knowledge acquired by 10+ year experience (subject matter expert in own process scope, e.g. chartered account, auditor background, IT background)
- Understanding of IT Strategy, models, and of business needs
- Understanding Process management & governance and e2e process value chains
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization and ability to influence are critical in this role
- Ability to work with peers in different cultures, background and time zones by using the digital cooperation solutions
- Combination of critical attention to detail with ability to connect the end-to-end process to the strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to create the clear, structured and communicative material
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
