Overall purpose
 
Drive Nokia’s IT Project Management process excellence including E2E Business Requirements Process Management, project management and deployment processes and tools, Minor Enhancement Request Process, continuous improvement, analytics capabilities and reporting into IT PMM team.
 
Key Responsibilities/accountabilities
  • IT Process Owner of the Business Requirement Gathering and Minor Enhancement Request Process. Solution owner for the IT tool supporting the processes
  • Accountable/Responsible for overall IT PPM process design from own process scope and its application, and continuous improvement in accordance with Nokia process guidelines, framework, and tools.
  • Business Requirement Management process ownership and SNOW /Demand mgmt module ownership. Develop reports on top of SNOW tool for Business Requirement Reporting (Demand Mgmt. Module)
  • Knowledge and expertise in DevOPs tools like Visual Studio and Agile requirement mgmt. tools e.g. Jira.
  • Accountable / responsible for Process Performance (Makes proposal for process performance targets & defines, implements and monitors the process performance metrics continuously)
  • Accountable / responsible for e2e processes from own process scope point of view (e.g. information is exchanged between linked processes and master data is used)
  • Ensures that processes are sufficiently documented, are aligned with Nokia process architecture and common global process documentation guidelines
  • Drives continuous improvement, optimization and automation of processes based on performance measures, benchmarking, customer feedback, lessons learnt, audit etc.
  • Creates process development plan, execution roadmap (12-18 month) and long range plan (3 years)
  • Ensures Supplier support (if needed) and support for process issues
  • Build and develop process and user instructions, deliver training to a broad set of end users via classroom & virtual sessions
  • Identify systematic problems in the end to end process, complete root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements
  • Build strong relationships with  IT units and teams to act as a change advocate implementing targeted improvements in support of process fixes
  • Ensure process excellence and support for key IT PPM processes & tools .
  • Support enhancement/change management and communication
  • Drive customer ( BGs, IT units, ) satisfaction measurement, analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Drive Nokia’s IT capabilities towards successful project management and delivery – leveraging new technologies and capabilities
  • Implementation of SNOW Tool
 
 
 
 

 

Skill profile
  • Passion for process development, continuous improvement and new technologies
  • Tools: excellent knowledge of IT Project Management tool, Sharepoint online
  • Strong process background and project management skills 
  • Good business acumen
  • Data analytics capabilities, reporting / analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good collaborations skills with key stakeholders e.g. BGs, finance, procurement
  • Analytical thinking
