Our Nokia Information Technology organisation is looking for 

 a Solution owner for Supply Chain/Distribution

 

 

Main Responsibility Area:

 

Provide process and system expertise in IT and business development initiatives in Supply Chain or Distribution area.

 

Translate business requirements into system solutions

 

Evaluate how business requirement can be fulfilled with standard SW application capabilities, analyse if missing business requirements will be fulfilled in coming system Releases as standard solutions.

 

Proactively analyse digital sw application capabilities and features and evaluate business potential and value for company.

 

To support development initiatives from the organization and provide 3rd tier support based on financial process concepts.

 

To create training material and initiate/execute global process concept updates with concept responsible Solution Owners.


 

Main activities

 

Captures and analyses business demands and requirements, responsible of the demand coordination according to IT processes.

 

Ensures that user requirements are captured so that those represent the user needs.

 

Proposes, creates and defines solutions best fitting to the business problems/needs and ensures that solutions are analysed and planned properly.

 

Supports creation of feature, architectural and solution documentation.

 

Supports key IT stakeholders in defining the process and IT capability development portfolio together with Business stakeholders.

 

With support from other IT functional roles, participates to investment proposal preparation and  business case creation (including relevant business& IT value impact).

 

Understands dependencies in solution design like costs, schedule, quality, speed, and cost effective implementation options. 

 

Accountable for the solution design and architecture alignment together with Enterprise/Solution Architecture. 

 

Creates project proposals for PM0 / Phase 0, and can participate overall project execution or guide external project team. Can also act as a Project manager for project if applicable.

 

Contributes to supplier selection evaluation.

 

Supports solution deployments and executes testing.

 

Supports security assessments and use phase issues /preparation.

 

Finds and proposes improvements/corrective actions for issues occurring during the use phase. 

 

Supports stakeholders in end user training development and delivery.

 

Creates and maintains respective training materials and ensures training to key users. May support in respective change management activities.

 

Accountable that proper technical solution documentation will be created

 

Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC’s

 

May also have parallel or supportive project role, e.g. “Product Owner”, “Scrum Master”, or “Development team member” in agile projects, for ensuring continues improvement.

 
   


Qualifications 


Strong process Supply Chain and Distribution process undestanding

  • Deep, technical understanding of SAP ERP supply chain and distribution capabilities and logistics  modules
  • Strong Business application knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
  • SAP S/4 Hana solutioning and configuration capability.
  • BSc or MSc in relevant field
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding Cloud-concepts like PaaS, IaaS and SaaS, Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models 
  • Capability to validate and evaluate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process-, change-, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions
  • Comfortable with agile, DevOps and waterfall methodologies, with an understanding of how to make trade-offs between cost, schedule, scope and quality within each of the methodologies.
  • Can guide external project teams.
  • Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, speed in a defining a solution and make trade-off recommendations.
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders in order to fully understand the business requirements to be solved


Technical background and experience:


 

·    Solid technical background to successfully turn business requirements to system solutions

·    Ability to understand the process and solution architecture E2E across multiple technologies.

·    Understanding Cloud-and Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models and evaluate SaaS partners e2e-output and quality

·    He/She is able to manage vendor standard releases, prepare for the Release value assurance and Release upgrades.

·    Understands/assesses the solution design, digital platform capabilities & customer experience 

·    He/She is able to do some exceptional configuration for fast time-to-market

·    He/She is able to enrich business process domains by designing individual, highly flexible cross-platform solutions (mobile, big data/analytics, workflow, automation)

·    Proactively evaluate business value that standard platform can bring

·    A basic knowledge of data science, visualization, automation and analytics tools.  

·    Experience in evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution

·    Language; fluent English

innovative ideas, takes initiative and uses thorough problem solves techniques. Good communication and presentation

skills in English. The ability to pursue towards a thorough understanding of the different needs of the business. Excellent

stress handling skills and the ability to keep focused on the essential. Acts with independence and discretion in routine

matters. Makes decisions that affect own work. Passion and energic to the new system technology
