IT Technical Solution Designer, Corporate Memory aka IDS/ODS

Key Competencies:

·       Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

·       Acts as a technical data model design expert and may direct the work of less senior level staff.

·       Knows tools, technologies and trends, and has broad technical application configuration skills for in-use web-interface and database landscape.

·       Desire to continuously keep informed of the latest ERP supply chain delivery technology trends as well as SW design/development/testing innovations.

·       Must have strong problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

·       Ability to act in supportive project roles, e.g., “Project Manager”, “Scrum Master” or “Test Manager”.

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.

·       Deep technical knowledge working in the semantic database landscape which includes building data classification categories (ontology, taxonomy); data knowledge graphing, vocabulary building and visualization; data transformation integrating and linking; developing using Turtle and Owl languages; and deploying data models.

·       Minimum 5 years of Database design/development landscape experience. Experience in one or more database systems, the more the better: SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Couch DB, Maria DB, Apache DB, etc...

        Understanding of information management, data modeling, design/development methodologies, system integration, and testing.

·       Proficient in RESTful API development using Curl, Python, json and GO. Capable of using Swagger to describe, design, build and maintain APIs.

·       Experience in Agile SW development methods supporting continuous delivery of solution increments using DevOps practices and tools; must have experience with Jira and Confluence (also familiar with Git & Quality Center or similar tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Ability to apply lean Agile practices at scale using SAFe framework.

·       Familiar with Nokia SW Delivery business context and processes.

·       Knowledge of Cloud application development in MS Azure and AWS environments.
