Daily activities
As a Junior Global Mobility Specialist, you will be a part of the team that supports and serves all employees and line managers on the global mobility process.
Your daily tasks will include:
Participation in end-to-end global mobility operations: including writing emails, responding to phone calls, giving inputs to internal teams for data management,
Handling immigration and relocation support,
Supporting LM and assignee through the mobility process,
Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders,
Query management on immigration support, payroll, compensation management, taxation, etc.,
- Vendors management,
Preparing reports,
- HR tools support.
We work with:
- MS Office
- SAP
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related
- MS Office
Familiarity with the concept of global mobility
English fluency (both written and spoken)
- Flexibility
Bonus points:
- Experience with SAP
