Requirements:
- At least 6 years experience Radio Planning and Optimization with good track record of solving complex technical issues.
- In depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals.
- In-depth knowledge in Nokia LTE RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol.
- Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in database programming and big data analytic is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountability to drive quality and costs efficiency.
- Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.
- Extensive travelling on regular basis.
