Lead UX/UI Designer
- MA or equivalent degree in Design
- +7 years of proven UX/UI product design experience
- Possess a broad understanding of UX deliverables including experience maps, customer journey maps, interaction models and flows, wireframes, highly polished screen mockups, interactive demos, and User Interface specifications.
- Will bring the experience in building and shipping hardware and/or software products to Nokia.
- Will be managing multiple stakeholders with differing project requirements and can guide creatively a project to a simple, elegant solution
- Will be prototyping products using modern tools (light programming knowledge Figma / After Effects / Keynote / Framer / Principal / other)
- Will have a strong understanding of design research. He will gather and distill qualitative and quantitative data to understand users in order to improve our products experience and product usability.
- Has a refined aesthetic sense, including a strong appreciation for typography, color theory and layout.
- You are an information design problem solver and a highly skilled visual craftsperson who thoughtfully contributes to a team throughout various project phases including user research, concept development, prototyping to final delivery in clear well-written UI guidelines with visual user flows that has mocked up high –fidelity application screens.
- You are passionate about expressing interactions in visual form through clear and creative user interfaces. He will be participating in all parts of the user-centered design process and with creating deliverables at varying levels of fidelity: from quickly communicating a concept’s value proposition to final artwork and specifications delivered to a developer. He knows the value of a fantastic idea, but he won’t let it go until he has materialised it in pixel-perfect design. He will be bringing visual meaning and nuance in the user interface to celebrate a personality/behavior expressing Nokia brand.

- You will be visualising abstract concepts e.g. the Cloud and make it more concrete by finding the right visual expression for it in the UI and the best possible user experience you can possibly make.
