Qualifications

The position requires a law degree and an understanding and two years work experience of corporate and securities legal concepts and corporate governance in Finland and in an international environment. Basic understanding of financial reporting is an advantage.

Personal skills should include attention to detail and deadlines, good problem solving and project management skills as well as efficient communication between the internal stakeholders and the project teams. Solid IT skills are mandatory. A good command of both Finnish and English language and knowledge on the legal and financial terminology is also a requirement for these positions and other languages are a benefit.

Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and challenge existing ways of working are instrumental to success in the Corporate Legal team.
