LFS Project Manager
Qualifications / Experience:
- University degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
- Minimum 10 years of experience as leader in large-scale software projects
- Quality mind setup
- Years of experience in root cause and escape defect analysis
- Outstanding leading skills of multi-site teams
- Knowledge of embedded system design and embedded hardware
- Basic knowledge in programming and scripting languages: C/C++, bash, Python, perl and others
- Basic Knowledge of version control systems, i.e. git
- Capability to quickly learn new concepts
- Very structured approach to break down and split complex features / systems
- Very good analytical skills
- Pro-active initiative and creative thinking- Preferred: good Linux operating system understanding
- Very good communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
- Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment
- Very open and constructive cooperation within a huge and dynamic community
