Requirements:
- Degree in BS/MS/Electronics/Electrical/Computer and Information Science/Telecom
- Several years R&D experience with strong background in one or more of the software
- Development phases such as specification, implementation, verification
- Agile, scrum experience, Scrum Master Certification are preferred
- Lead the team to success by removing obstacles
- Committed to quality of the software developed by the team
- Coach his/her team
- Innovation spirit and facilitate innovation in his/her team
