Managed Services Delivery Manager
Main Purpose of Service:
To Manage Network Operations teams under Fault Management operations process in a 24x7 shifts coverage. Fault Management takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA requirements
Main Responsibility Areas:
a. Be responsible for Incident/Fault and Problem Management processes
b. Customer Interfacing for Nokia MS Fault Management
c. Diagnostics & root cause analysis reporting delivery
d. Trouble Statistic Reporting & Analysis
Other tasks:
a. Liaises with Second line regarding Network outages
b. Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
c. Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
d. Supports Major service outage investigations and follow up
e. Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window.
f. Support and train other teams to perform the required services within SLA.

c. Technology skills: Experience in Nokia FTTX and all related nodes, Core Network Element.
