Manager, Hub Planning & Operational Support 
Distribution Network Operations 
Is responsible on a global level for the planning of capacity & daily operations support for the distribution hub network.
Working with our   LSP’s Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure customer orders are prioritised and delivered on-time to the Market Operations teams.
Manage Hub operational reporting and Hub KPI’s, control and report them to support hub management and best practice sharing across the hub network.
Working with the BG’s on product portfolio’s, Inventory & capacity management
Aligning processes and maintain work instructions & business continuity plans
Line manager for operations support team and coordination of team responsibilities.
 
Detailed Tasks Include
  • Line manager for operation support team
  • Resources for hub operations + projects
  • Ensure results for agreed KPIs and annual plan actions
  • Quality agent / manager for hub operations
  • Participate to strategy and annual plan creation
  • Act as a main global interface towards operational Nokia stakeholders such as OM, MEX
  • Communication
  • Responsible for aligning processes and instructions on a global level for hubs
  • Hub processes & business continuity plans 
  • Create, collect and coordinate development actions within Hub management
  • Benchmarking between Nokia hubs and external companies

 

Skills and experience needed

The successful candidate should be degree educated with at least 7-10 years of experience in logistics / supply chain management with a track record of process, cost management, data and analytics.

  • Understanding of Nokia supply chain policies, E2E processes and tools
  • Understanding of own Process area
  • Understanding of LSPs and logistics partners
  • Good networking and influencing skills
  • Team Leadership and line management experience
  • Competencies in warehouse & hub management, Costing & Pricing
