Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
• Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role experience, focused on training delivery, development or other change management content
• Ability to coordinate multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Proven understanding of training methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder viewpoints and priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
• Attention to detail, proof reading, and writing in a user-friendly manner
• Ability to create and collaborate in a virtual environment, including extensive use of video conferencing tools
Other desirable experience:
• Experience in software or high-tech
• Building training needs assessments, developing training plans and training curricula, and/or conducting classroom training
• Understanding of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience w/ e-learning platforms
• Expert organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and initiatives
