Skills
Knowledge of telecommunications technologies a must.
Experience in marketing automation and databases (Marketo and Salesforce a plus)
Management experience with telemarketing, script writing and ensure TM agents are following processes and continuing to improve results.
Solid communications skills - both verbal and written
Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
Passion for testing, measuring and improving processes
Competency in reporting results in Excel/PowerPoint with emphasis on good Excel skills.
Database knowledge from a query and contact development standpoint.
Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.

Improving buyer interactions and content delivery of the right information when the buyer would most likely need it, and in the way they prefer to receive it.
Creating transparent, effective and efficient marketing activity through coordinated efforts, targeted buyer personas and collaborative teams for campaign planning, design and execution, measurement and optimization.
