Marketing Specialist, Nokia Software
General Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing, alliances marketing, solutions selling or business development, ideally in software and services; three years of experience managing strategic alliances marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from accredited college/university; MBA desirable
- Highly credible communicator (writing, presenting and listening) with excellent organization and project management skills and track record of delivering results
- Highly energetic and self-motivated – digital mindset
- Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries; ability to work well with sales organization
- Adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing circumstances; natural curiosity and ability to both listen well and delve to the fundamental business driver
- Ability to travel about 25% of the time;
- Ability to drive and deliver projects from A to B in complex global organizations
- Ability to lead multiple ongoing and aggressive timelines; and
- Ability to collaborate, learn and challenge.
