Are you ready to join our Brand and Marketing Communications team and contribute to building the world’s best-in-class, audience-centric marketing organization? The Brand and Marketing Communications team leads and maintains our brand strategy, corporate positioning and aligns our messaging as well as provides a range of shared services to the rest of the organization, including marketing technology, experience centers, online, digital and marketing communications services.


 

This Marketing Technical Analyst requires extensive strategic planning and communication skills with proven ability to think critically and work effectively in dynamic, collaborative environments. You will need to be detail-oriented and capable of quickly learning and applying technical concepts.

Nokia Marketing and Corporate Affairs is undergoing a fundamental shift towards audience-centric marketing. This represents an evolution of our digital marketing initiative. This incorporates SiriusDecisions Go-to-Market Architecture Framework and is based on five key dials: prioritize audience segments, select buyer personas, isolate buyer needs, conduct portfolio mapping, and determine pathways to market.

 This framework includes:  

  • Aligning Business Groups, Customer Operations and Marketing - to identify the best way to drive revenue and build brand & thought leadership using a persona-based, go-to-market approach.

  • Focusing on the buyer’s specific business needs, and how Nokia can solve them.

  • Inspiring thoughtful interactions and leadership through the creation of messaging and creative ideas addressing these specific buyer needs - connecting, resonating and demonstrating Nokia’s understanding of the industry challenges, and how we can solve those needs in a unique and differentiated way.

  • Improving buyer interactions and content delivery of the right information when the buyer would most likely need it, and in the way they prefer to receive it.

  • Creating transparent, effective and efficient marketing activity through coordinated efforts, targeted buyer personas and collaborative teams for campaign planning, design and execution, measurement and optimization.

 Accountable for all aspects of various platform availability and performance including:

  • Microsoft Power BI, Marketo and other SaaS systems.
  • Review and evaluate current and future infrastructure design issues as required to maintain network integrity, efficient data flow, scalability, cost-efficiency, and user need.
  • Develop, define, deploy and refine procedures and tools to provide continual support for world class technical operations
  • Develop and implement process and procedures for Marketing Technologies to ensure data quality and data load especially between data vendors and Marketo.
  • Manage and respond to data or process issues, working with outside data vendors, reporting team, sales Ops team and communicating out resolution timelines and impact to key stakeholder.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members in supporting the alignment of company goals
  • Work directly with IT, data architecture, application architecture and data science teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to find answers and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, prioritization, and both verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects and responsibilities from a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

Skills 

  • BS or MS in an engineering or technical field 
  •  8+ years of experience in a technical analyst role, experience as a manager/team lead is preferred but not required. 
  •  Conduct user acceptance training sessions with a variety of skill levels and proficiencies.
  •  Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, Python and PHP etc.. 
  •  Expert knowledge of SFDC, MSFT Azure, Power BI, AWS, MySQL required.  
  •  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to take ownership, and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels. Highly proficient in English a must.
  •  Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and SQL 
  •  Keen eye on data privacy, compliance and other aspects of data integrity.
