 Qualitative:
    • Care HWS business and delivery strategy, value proposition and market position, M&A and partner selection planned and deployed
    • Care HWS portfolio, new services  deployed and joint development with GS Care HWS new services
    • Commercial guidelines for Market Services teams
    • Care HWS service specific competences and certifications designed and deployed 
Quantitative:
 
    • Business results which meet objectives
    • Care HWS financial and operational measures  
    • Delivery efficiency, quality, remotization and automation
    • Partner delivery quality and efficiency
    • Customer satisfaction to BL operations
