PURPOSE

Lead and grow business with a specific customer or cluster of customers within a geographical area.

Own the customer relationship, responsible for relationship strategy and coordination of Nokia contacts with the customer.

A Senior Sales Management Executive, with extensive management experience in building and managing sales organizations to market leaders in their field. Sales Leader with a demonstrable track record of repeated over achievement in varied and progressive roles and businesses.

Scope includes manages NAM and MEA MARKETS for WEBSCALE companies. 

Cross horizontal ownership for Software defined networking from NOKIA-Nuage Networks.

Proven track record on successful selling to Financial Services Global Accounts, Webscales and through Carriers in SPaaP-channel mode.

Technical background on IP and 4G/5G technologies.

Global experience in working internationally and cross-functional.


RESPONSIBILITIES.

 Drive business targets for the CBT

Develop/execute strategies addressing all stake holders, both within and across multiple subsidiaries for a CBT

Influence buying decisions at the customer centrally on market-wide deals

Align and coordinate among global, multiple local sales teams and supporting functions during critical deal making process

Be accountable for the quality, performance and accuracy of the business numbers as a building block for the bottom-up view upon which global targets and priorities are derived, specific to Markets/CBT/Accounts and Global Team
