Education / Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications or Electronics

5+ years experience from telecommunications: Network Operations, Technical Project Management and/or Deployment

A formal education in management, administration or PMP is desirable.

Experience from Operator business and network operations

Management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of LAT market is desirable
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management and efficient working practices.
- Third Party management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
