Competence & Skills
- E2E ERM Process understanding
- High standard to confidentiality of personal information
- Coaching and guiding T1 Key Users
- Admin knowledge and experience with MyERM/IRM cProjects, HCM, MRS, CATS and reporting modules
- Understands employee and organization master data structure in P24
- Solid knowledge of SWF, CSP and Nelle interface
- Principal understanding of JP and Competence Catalog setup and link to employee
- Solid understanding of SPC concept and usage in planning estimates vs. actual cost recharge
- P20 structure, contract and legal company setup, understanding of invoicing parameter, setup of WBS, SVO, GIC and link from SI to ERM project demands
- Able to work with reporting repositories such as Business Objects and capable to process and analyze basis information with MS Office applications
