NCS Delivery Excellence Head
- Senior Leader with 10+ yrs of experience within a Services business of a global player company, ideally in Analytics/Big Data/Telecommunications/IT or coherent areas
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a position shaping or executing delivery models & driving process standardization
- Proven track record operating driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement within an evolving business such as Analytics
- Strong understanding of a global (Services) organization and processes within a global company or in coherent areas
- Strong industry knowledge including products and services on Nokia’s core business AND adjacent areas (e.g. Telco IT, applications, big data analytics)
- Deep knowledge of and management in complex environment
- Excellent leadership skills as well as problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive, influence, and implement new process ideas bring them to maturity
- Able to interface with internal customers and 3rd party partners to understand delivery challenges, drive and communicate fixing plans
- Strong ability to interface with and synthesize messages for executive level management, both internally and with customers
- Innovation, entrepreneur and “out of the box thinking” mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Works well under pressure
- Able to drive activities in a global environment, leveraging the strengths of staff and peers
