Key Responsibilities:

Provide Technical leadership to team.

First point of contact for all external teams.

Coaches team members in solving complex engineering problems.

End2End responsibilities of the specified features.

Responsible for quality of all the deliverables within time & cost.

Self-motivated to learn new concepts and is proactive to solve issues.

Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Analysis and problem identification for customer issues.
- Pro-active identification of improvement areas, tools, etc.
Skills required:
Mandatory:

Expertise in Oracle DB Administration.

Expert in DB performance tuning and SQL tuning
- Hands on expertise in Recovery Manager (RMAN)
- Having good knowledge in Standby Database Solutions

Hands on expertise in scripting languages like Perl, Shell, python

Good to have Oracle Database Certified Associate (OCA) or equivalent.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Good Communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Should be able to coach/mentor team members in technical areas
