Position: R&D Engineer 4 / Tech Lead
Years of experience:  9-13 years
Job Grade: 9/10
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical leadership to team.
  • First point of contact for all external teams.
  • Coaches team members in solving complex engineering problems.
  • End2End responsibilities of the specified features.
  • Responsible for quality of all the deliverables within time & cost.
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and is proactive to solve issues.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Analysis and problem identification for customer issues.
  • Pro-active identification of improvement areas, tools, etc.
Skills required:
 
Mandatory:
  • Expertise in Oracle DB Administration.
  • Expert in DB performance tuning and SQL tuning
  • Hands on expertise in Recovery Manager (RMAN)
  • Having good knowledge in Standby Database Solutions
  • Hands on expertise in scripting languages like Perl, Shell, python
  • Good to have Oracle Database Certified Associate (OCA) or equivalent.
     
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Good Communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Should be able to coach/mentor team members in technical areas
