The team you’ll be part of
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
As a “Network Automation Engineer”, you will participate in international projects and global delivery readiness activities in order to support the IP professional services delivery to Nokia’s customer base. Your potential key interfaces will be Customers, Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, Product Line Managers to deliver projects.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
- Perform Deployment, Integration, Migration, Audit, Automation, Validation Tests etc. activities in field on demand
- Develop deliverables according to the Global Delivery Readiness objectives in support of the global delivery teams
- Develop and deliver customized or advanced product/solution training
- Support process improvement & automation tools
- On-site travel worldwide and/or remote delivery
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in fundamentals of telecom/communication/network/computer science.
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing IP based network solutions such as IP/MPLS networks, Software Defined Networking etc.
- Fluent English and Turkish, excellent communication and presentation skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- IP Certification (Nokia NRS1-NRS2, CCNA-CCNP etc)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, Virtualization, Cloud Architecture etc.
- Automation mindset
- Experience in providing professional services directly to external customers, customer orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated personality and eagerness to learn & grow & share!
