Nokia Software Pre-Sales Digital Operations
Key experience and skills desired:
- 8-12 years of work experience in software engineering (product management, sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering).
- Knowledge of NSW Digital Operations products
- Service Assurance;
- Service Quality Management
- Network Performance Management
- Fault Management
- Resource Inventory
- Detailed understanding of Core and Radio Access and Transport networks.
- Service Orchestration;
- Order Management, Resource Management and Provisioning & Activation
- Detailed understanding of Service Fulfillment for Mobile, Fixed-line e.g. Fiber, IP VPN (layer 2 & 3), MPLS, Metro/Carrier Ethernet.
- Technical knowledge of Cloud, NFV/SDN, IMS, LTE, Wireless Networks and associated Protocols.
- Master level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Knowledge of the Korean segments (service providers, enterprises and Internet of Things) and their Digital Operations requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent English and Korean verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
