The Customer Onboarding Delivery Lead role is accountable for the day-to-day management and delivery of Customer Projects for WING’s Customer onboarding. Primary responsibility is to ensure delivery of projects within the agreed timelines and budget.

 

This role will manage low to high complexity projects with cross impact across several platforms, domain areas, Integrations and third Parties. Other responsibilities are to identify and engage stakeholders, defining costs and plan timelines, as well as bringing projects through governance processes. There is the need to constantly re-evaluate status versus plan, challenging stakeholders and ensuring quality deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• To control and manage delivery of the projects, including governance processes within time and cost assigned.

• To constantly evaluate risks and Issues and Mitigate as appropriate.

• Regular reporting of the projects in terms of time and cost.

• To assess the effort for WING Customer Onboarding projects in terms of resources, timelines & costs, and get the sign-off from the stakeholders on requirements as well as on delivery cost/time

• Managing suppliers and cross Business group engagements to bring projects to live

• To optimise costs related to WING deployment without impacting quality

• Typical deliverables include Project Agreements , Project Plans, RAID logs, Communication plans, Project Action Logs, Regular Project Reports, Budget Control
