Nokia WING - Service Performance Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the functional layers of integrated communication networks and has a broad understanding of the underlying technologies.
- Experience in real time QoS monitoring and reporting requirements and is used to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to relate impacting issues and risks to customer and understand their business implications.
- Experience in collating and interpreting data and providing key recommendations of actions impacting the future network quality outcomes
- Expertise in databases will be an asset
- Working in a multi-customer, multi-vendor, multi-technology environment
In order to be successful in the role, you must be:
- Be results-focused and understand the criticality of meeting customer SLA and KPI requirements
- Be fully aware of the impact of delivering quality of service to our customers and can motivate resources to achieve best in class network operations results
- Have strong communication skills (verbal and written), including influencing those not under their direct control
- Can assess priorities and act appropriately to meet customer commitments and requirements
