Experience required:

 

• Strong experience at a Packet Core core architect level having detailed knowledge of control and user plane protocols.

• Detailed knowledge and experience of 2G/3G/4G data core network architectures, protocols and routing strategies.

• Detailed knowledge of wholesale and retail billing strategies for data including interconnect billing and settlement.

• Proven track record of leading design activities within broader technology work packages.

• Effective at communicating technical information both in detail to fellow engineers, and through Technical presentations and report writing.

• Knowledge of Mobile Packet Core routing including mobile devices, applications and device OSS and customer connectivity.

• Knowledge in IP networking – switch, routing, firewalls, load balancers in Telco and Enterprise environment.

• Knowledge of OSS/BSS tools for Fault and Performance management.

• Experience in Design of major projects in Mobile core circuit switch and packet switch domains.

• Hands-on experience on configuring and troubleshooting network elements from Mobile core circuit switch and packet switch platforms like HLR/CSDB, MSC, SGSN, MME, GGSN/PGW.
