Join the team as
 
NPI Engineer
 

And you will execute NPI (New Product Introduction) activities for multiple CECA & EE accounts and provide technical remote/onsite support for projects in Europe Region as part of Customer Engineering Team in Fixed Networks.


Responsibilities:
  • Test lead, execution and problem support during project validation.
  • Drive customer demo, POC, Lab & Field Trials remote and on-site.
  • Support business development activities. 
  • Full adherence to NPI process and reporting.
  • Good understanding of Fiber (GPON,XGSPON), Copper, NMS, SDAN, FWA and Nokia Wifi products.
  • Support on tickets opened for ongoing NPI activities.

Position role may also include working in cooperation with central maintanance team to provide L2 support to customer and Front end TSCs (for NPI activities and exceptionally for Maintenance activities after acceptance).

 

 
Qualifications

Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering degree or similar required with at least 5 years of experience in the Telecom sector.

 
Soft skills required;
  • Native Bulgarian and fluent English are must.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • Ability to lead within a team environment.

  • Professional and positive approach.
  • Analytical mindset and creativity highly oriented towards problem solving.

  • Possesses a solid understanding of systematic troubleshooting, as well as having the capabilities to identify software and hardware issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

  • High accountability and initiative to get best results during business development and technical project management activity.

  • Capability for working under pressure and under short time reaction constraints. 
  • Leading the fault investigations both remotely and on-site as requested.

Technical skills required;
 
  • Technology framework in the position scope is fixed access network portfolio:  GPON (OLT + ONU/MDU), XGSPON, XDSL, Vectoring, Vplus, G.Fast, NMS Applications, SDAN, FWA (FastMile 4G and 5G GW/Receiver) and Nokia Wifi elements
