Mission

·          To Swap Existing Verizon Heterogeneous LTE Network in US, from ALU BB to Nokia BB HW      

·          To Ensure all planned sites are swapped on each day of the project

·          To Identify and resolve Issues during swap to ensure 100 % targets are acheived

·          To Communicate Effectively and Working with a large team in collaborative mode

·          To Take owner ship and deliver according to scope and time with Positive Attitude

·          To be always ready and available to Work in NAM Support timings throughout the project.

Responsibility 

·         Candidate should hold Bachelor degree in Engineering with 6 to 8 years’

experience in Project, technical support and Equipment implementation for

Mobile Radio network elements  Particularly in eNodeB , including understanding of Concepts of Nokia Configuration Data organization in Netact and troubleshooting.

·         Preference to candidates working on Swap scenarios with understanding of Technical and process aspects to be considered in Swap scenario.

·         Mandatory to have experience on Nokia equipment, particularly on the parameter configuration part , SCF file creation and troubleshooting errors, Integration support for NI team.

·         Able to independently drive team to meet daily and periodic targets, by making use of his both Technical and Team lead skills.

·         Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Nokia CM tools like Plan Editor, CM Operations Manager, Radar, MUSA   

·         Minimum 3 years of Experience in Troubleshooting SCF File creation - Commissioning files both from hardware configuration and parameter point of view

·         Expertise to create configuration change files ( mainly xml ) and to troubleshoot errors during implementation of xml files in Nokia CM Tools

·         In depth Knowledge of Nokia Netact Architecture  and LTE ad VoLTE call flow and RL60 Parameter and KPI Knowledge -- minimum 3 years working experience in this.
