General Purpose:
Drives and organizes initiatives to improve customer satisfaction in own responsibility area.
Main Responsibility Area:
- Identifies, prioritizes and coordinates solving of demanding and/or business critical problems and communicates them to key stakeholders.
- Leads pilots and trials. Initiates and manages product, care and process improvement projects.
- Drives needed changes in own technology area.
- May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty. Is responsible for knowledge sharing in own technology area.
- Influences relevant functions (e.g. product management and R&D)
Job Description:
- NPO Engineer is key figure for Netwokr Planning activities in the assigned Region.
- Clear uderstanding of Nokia RAN+MWR combined solution and value.
- Site description at advanced level.
- MWR and LTE RAN portfolio overview knowledge at advanced level.
- High understanding of the recommendations for bidding (sanity check list, cost comparison).
- 9500 MPR family skills at Advanced Level.
- UBT 80, UBT Twin at Advanced Level.
- Strong knowledge of AirScale and UBT Combined Solution.
- Strong knowledge of Single RAN Backhauling Solution.
- Proven experience in Nokia Mobile backhauling configurations, including full IP configuration.
- Strong knowledge about HW (MSS, FSMx, MPT, FlexiMultiradio 10 BTS).
- Skills for 5620 SAM / NSM / Netact at Advanced Level.
- NSP /5620 SAM features, including Fault & Performance Management Integration.
