Mission
  • To Swap Existing ATT Heterogeneous LTE Network in US, from ALU BB to Nokia BB HW      
  • To Ensure all planned sites are swapped on each day of the project
  • To Identify and resolve Performance degradation in the network within prescribed timelines.
  • To Communicate Effectively and Working with a large team in collaborative mode
  • To Take owner ship and deliver according to scope and time with Positive Attitude
  • To be always ready and available to Work in NAM Support timings throughout the project.
Responsibility 
  • Candidate should hold Bachelor degree in Engineering with 6 to 8 years’
Of total experience and minimum of 3 years in Nokia LTE Performance Optimisation.
  • Mandatory to have experience on Nokia LTE KPI and Counters, Parameter and Feature Tuning in both FDD and TDD Networks.
  • Preference to candidates working on Swap scenarios with understanding of Technical and process aspects to be considered in Swap scenario.
  • Mandatory Experience in handling Multi Layer LTE network, including Carrier Aggregation, identifying and tuning Parameters to Improve LTE and VoLTE KPIs of AFR, DCR, Throughput, Silent Time, Setup time, all kinds  of Mobility, SRVCC etcc…
  • Idle and Dedicated Mode Mobility Management - LNADJ, LTE to UMTS & GSM Interworking,Intra LTE Mobility Via X2 / S1,,PS Handover ,SIBx knowledge and tuning.
  • Ability to identify oppurtunities for automation of repetitive tasks and take up with respective teams to ensure implementation.
  • PDCCH, PUCCH,UL/DL PC, MIMO Mode Control,UL/DL Throughput,Latency,CSFB and SON based optimisation in LTE Network
  • Support the team to use the best Method for both fetching reports and Dumps and also doing daily optimization tasks.
  • Able to independently identify and resolve LTE network performance issues post swap and immediately provide technical solutions to meet KPI targets.
  • Candidate should have Knowledge and practice of planning processes and Support NPO engineers In understanding and implementation Technical solutions.
  • In Depth Knowledge of LTE Network Architecture, Configuration data in Netact and Nokia Tools ( Netact , Radar , MUSA )                
  • Ability to Independently make and Implement site specific technical issues and ensure acceptance from customer.
  • Ensure NPO Engineers follow prescribed process for KPI tracking and Optimisation.
