Project: Sprint 5G ATP and Validation support.
Responsibility:
- KPI monitoring and troubleshooting w.r.t 4G & mMIMO parameters.
- Make sure KPIs are meeting as per the Sprint expectation or contract.
- Analyze daily KPIs reports and perform counter level analysis. Fetch appropriate reports for accessibility and retainability from NetAct.
- Optimization recommendations for degraded KPIs, should be able to prepare bar charts and graphs to view the KPIs.
- Drive test Analysis report creation, events & layer-3 analysis identify the concerns.
Candidate Should have:
- Engineering degree with Electronics and communication.
- Should have LTE RF experience 3-4 years with Nokia equipment background.
- Should have skills and good understanding on below topics.
- LTE Call flow & OFDMA concepts
- Call drop causes
- Call Failure causes
- Throughput DL & UL calculation
- CSFB (Circuit switch fall Back) Analysis
- LTE & mMIMO parameters audit and identify the deviations
- Logfile Analysis and recommendations.
- Nokia parameters and counter level knowledge.
- Should be quick in analyzing the issue and provide optimization recommendations.
- English Communication should be good in speaking and writing.
