NPO Radio LTE KPI Optimisation Engineer

Mission

·          To Swap Existing ATT Heterogeneous LTE Network in US, from ALU BB to Nokia BB HW     

·          To Ensure KPI targets are met in all Swapped sites within timelines agreed.

·          To Identify and Optimise Performance related Issues and provide Justification.

·          To Communicate Effectively and Working with a large team in collaborative mode

·          To Take owner ship and deliver according to scope and time with Positive Attitude

·          To be always ready and available to Work in NAM Support timings throughout the project.

Responsibility 

·         Candidate should hold Bachelor degree in Engineering with 1-5 years’

Having understanding of Nokia LTE Call flow, Hardware configuration, KPI and Counters, Parameters and Features.

·         Nokia LTE experience is Mandatory.

·         To be able to track and Identify Performance degradation issues – Using both Netact and other tools like NPM.

·         Able to Troubleshoot LTE KPI degradation as per prescribed process and take up for solution implementation as per process provided.

·         Able to identify issues ( technical and Process ) that are not solved at his level, along with clear reasoning and technical details and take up with next level of NPO Specialist in shortest time , to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.

·         Parameter database consistency check between planned and implemented according to the RAN default parameters and RAN planned specific parameters.

·         Prepare configuration change files to remove discrepancies.

·         Candidate should have Knowledge and practice of planning processes

·         Good Knowledge of LTE Call flow, Configuration data in Netact and Nokia Tools ( Netact , Radar , MUSA )

·         Should have knowledge of LTE Basics, Multi Layer idle and Dedicated mode parameters and understand behavior of parameter tuning.
