Experience
- 3G Radio Planning and Optimization experience, 2G and LTE experience is an advantage
- Has potential to become a team lead for NPO
- Familiar and up-to-date with latest software releases, guidelines, and engineering rules on how to dimension and plan various network elements in Radio.
- Good understanding of technical specifications on Radio Domain.
- Has in-depth understanding and analysis, hands-on experience and troubleshooting skills on Radio Planning and Optimization
- Has experienced all planning and optimization activities as listed below
• Detailed coverage and capacity planning
• Network assessment for radio network
• Assessment process and KPI definition
• Network capacity, coverage and topology analysis
• Parameter audit and analysis
• Performance analysis based on network statistics
• Performance analysis base on field drive tests
• Detailed RF parameter planning
• Databuild creation for radio
• Site coverage and parameter verification
• Area performance verification
• Cluster performance tuning
• KPI measurements agreement and set-up
• KPI measurement analysis and reporting
