| Engineering graduation with more than 5 years’ experience in Multivendor 3G Radio Planning & Optimization. More than 4 Years of Huawei Product experience,(latest Experience) Familiar with Huawei RAN equipment and its parameters. Should be able to interpret Huawei RAN KPI’s to check day-to-day performance. Understanding and familiarity of Huawei RAN infrastructure, Software Releases(RAN 15/16) Very good communication skills and English. Should be able to work in team or individually Willing to travel On-site Experience / Skills: Top Offender Analysis, evaluating the 3G RF Network, identifying the top offenders according to the pre-defined KPIs and propose changes in the network. (Logical and Physical). Parameter Optimization, by setting up the 3G Network values in order to improve the KPIs according to the pre-defined thresholds; Drive-Test analysis for optimization purposes, checking the coverage and capacity status; Neighbor optimization; Experience in 3G Radio networks (Optimization), Huawei Portfolio and Multivendor; Excellent knowledge on 3G RF statistical tools and 3G Radio post-processing tools Excellent knowledge on Huawei 3G KPIs; Excellent communication skills level required to lead an specific remote support for an NPO project Tools exposure : U2000,MIPT & Mapinfo,Nemo,Huawei DT & Post Tools(Genex Probe & Assistant) | ||||
