Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant finance discipline
• 10+ years of treasury experience in a multinational company with a solid understanding of international financial markets, investment management and banking products
• Thorough knowledge of financial legislation, regulation and financing practices
• Superior written and oral communication skills with ability to interact cross functionally and with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Capability of coordination and team management
• Ability to challenge the status quo and to work independently
• Accuracy & alertness to details
• Self-motivated with versatile leadership skills
• Fluency in English

• Transformation agility: Experience in treasury transformation, automation and
digitalization
• Execution excellence and integrity: Experience of efficient treasury controls, no tolerance for compromising integrity or for risk of control weaknesses or fraud events.
• Virtual team leadership: Efficient operations in matrix organization (dotted line reporting) and excellent cooperation in international virtual team environments (with no direct reporting line)
• Cultural fluency: Multi-cultural environment exposure and/or international work
experience
• Multinational company consolidation aspect: Understanding of best practice policy environment, controlling mechanism and disclosure requirements of a stock listed company.
• Joint Venture working experience: considering both shareholders’ interests in line with agreed JV governance structure
• Government Relationships: experience in working with Chinese government offices and financial institutions
• Knowledge of Chinese and other Asian languages
• Work experience at a first-class commercial or investment bank and/or multiple treasury organizations
• Good technical knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and integration
