Job Description:
- Oversee Network Management development activities for the NSP product in Bangalore
- Actively set a strategy for talent acquisition and retention of highly capable developers and testers in the very dynamic talent market of Bangalore
- Ensure flawless delivery of software features with quality as per commitment to customers
- Foster innovation and the ability of the team to quickly adopt new networking, network management and software technologies
- Consistently provide clarity into the ongoing development activities and quality status of the code base
- Ensure the team is well represented in the context of the overall Bangalore site strategy
- Remove obstacles to the team’s efficiency by working with other teams within Bangalore and India (IT, Facilities, HR etc…)
