Position is accountable for leading and growing the software business for the market with a focus on generating new standalone software sales while ensuring customer and people engagement.  Develop and lead execution of all go-to-market plans/strategies, customer relationship management and the end-to-end sales processes. 

Key performance indicators include: Sales, orders, sales margin and cash, pipeline development and management.  Win and conversion rates.

Key Deliverables: Signed contracts and secured purchase orders, strategic account plans and win plans, pipeline management and forecasting, and customer satisfaction.

This position has a sales team reporting into it, however this position is responsible for the overall leadership of all NSW employees in the APJ market, many in dotted line reporting.

Role description:

§Drive overall business and financial targets for the market including order, sales and sales margin.
§Develop CxO relationships to achieve the business mission and represent Nokia and NSW business at executive level. 
§Create and execute market specific NSW sales strategy, in coordination with other Nokia partner organizations.  
§Lead breakthroughs into targeted operators and enterprises by ensuring alignment with market, and attending specific relevant regional external events. 
§Understand and articulate market specific customer needs to the BU’s to create and deliver relevant offering. 
§Drive thought leadership for the NSW business in understanding customer business challenges and proposing Nokia solutions. 
§Lead e2e sales process adherence and execution within market. 
§Manage overall customer relationship ensuring satisfaction across sales and delivery.
§Key Interfaces include GCBT/CBT/CT, Pre-Sales team in BU, Enterprise Sales, Head of Technology, Strategy and Sales Ops, F&C, Legal, MCA, Customer CxO
§Accountable for financials within the market ( Reward and recognition budgets, workforce planning etc.)

§Represent NSW towards other internal stakeholders as well as externally to our customers, universities, and other organizations of interest to our business
